Entries must be received by and sweepstakes ends 12/31/10. All entries become the property of Kicking Tigers USA Tae Kwon Do. All mechanical reproductions of official entry form are permitted. ET 7/15/07 11:59p.m. ET 12/31/10 and follow the on-screen instructions to register and complete a quick survey. 3. Locate many entry form boxes located through out the city of Omaha NE, and complete a short registration form. All entrants must have valid e-mail address. Limit one (1) entry per person and e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) at the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries throughout contest until 12/31/10. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail, postal mail and/or phone throughout contest. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final.
Grand Prize and First Prize Winners will be required to sign a Winner's Agreement and Release and return it by date specified in notification, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner maybe selected. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By submitting an entry a winner agrees to allow the use of his or her name, likeness and/or biographical information for promotional purposes including posting on the Website, except where prohibited.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and DC. 5 years of age and older, except employees and the families of Kicking Tigers USA Tae Kwon Do, their affiliates, subsidiaries, promotions and advertising agencies or any current student of any Tigers Tae Kwon Do club. Kicking Tigers Inc, their affiliated companies, representatives, agents or employees are not responsible for and shall be indemnified by the prize winner against, any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Other Conditions: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical is nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes by any technical or human errors, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes any time and award the Prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.
